Zuri Homes is located in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. We are an exclusive property development company that offers the rare opportunity to experience luxury living in nature, comfort and luxury. We build and purchase homes that offer a unique blend of modernity, comfort, and natural freedom.

Along with its fully-owned group of affiliate companies, Zuri Homes also has been an eminent developer and manager of luxury mixed-use real estate developments and property investments.

We build unique houses made by architects. At each stage of the project, we apply individual approach, each client is unique for us. We help clients sell properties; homes, office spaces and hotels.

We also have room for investors and external realtors who want to invest in real estate. We give opportunities for careers in the real estate sector. We hire realtors, teach them strategies and tecniques for this business.

Our aim is to bring you a first-class, detailed service. By technical and technological equipment we create low-energy and passive houses. We offer three possibilities of house completion: Rough construction, house before completion or fully finished house.

We aim for customer satisfaction. We help in furnishing and repairs. We offer all housing services just so our customers don’t have to carry the burden of finishing.

Our aim also is to offer employment and internship programs to help enthusiasts learning the techniques of being a realtor. We help external agents get customers and get a percntage of the fee charged and we also connect our clients who are on a budget to get agents that fit their budget. Zuri Homes aims to accomodate clients of every class.
